Nursery – 6 weeks through young 3’s
Childcare for Saturday Evening and Sunday Morning Worship
BUMC Nursery offers tender, loving, care for the youngest attendees of our church during all four worship services and Sunday morning Bible Studies. (Children “graduate” to Sunday School classes and Preschool Worship in September if they are age three before September 30.)
Childcare for Wednesday Evening Thrive
The Nursery cares for children who are six weeks through three years old during Wednesday Evening Bible Studies. (Children who turn 4 years old by 9/30 of the current year will attend Children’s Choirs.)
Visitors
Visitors can check in at the Children’s Welcome Desk located in the Chapel Narthex (“C” building, main level) to be directed to an appropriate classroom.
Volunteer Opportunities
Nursery Volunteers: The nursery is always looking for volunteers to snuggle with the babies or play with the toddlers. Volunteers can be ages 13 and up. If you are interested please contact the Director of Nursery and Childcare, Meredith Spencer at mspencer@bumc.net.
Rosebud Volunteers
If you are interested in welcoming the new babies within our church community please consider volunteering as a Rosebud Deliverer. Rosebud Volunteers sign up for a month long commitment and visit families with new bundles of joy to deliver our welcome gift.
