When things go wrong and people need help, they usually talk with someone they trust to get support, ideas, or specific ways to deal with problems. But what do they do when the people they know are too close to the situation to really help? What if it's too dificult or uncomfortable to talk about their problems with the people they trust? What if others don't really know how to help? You don't have to do it all alone. The Counseling Center is home to experts in helping families and individuals resolve real life problems. There are currently three professional therapists in practice at the Center:
