GraceNotes is a ministry of care and encouragement for those going through difficult times, such as illness, grief and loss, or life transition. Sower’s Fund - Financial and Food Assistance
The Sower’s Fund assists families and individuals who are facing difficult financial situations by providing assistance in various forms primarily related to food, gas, housing and psychological care. Our hope is that the Sower’s Fund fulfills Christ’s call in Matthew 5:42 to give to those who ask. Our future hope is that out of these initial interactions we can build longer-term relationships that are centered on love of God and love of neighbor.
