The mission of Healing Housing is to restore purposeful living to women in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction.
Established in March 2015, Healing Housing envisions a world where women recovering from addiction have access to life-changing services that promote true healing and rehabilitation, experience restoration in their personal relationships and discover the purpose for which they were created.
In April 2017, Healing Housing opened its doors to serve women in recovery who are looking for a transitional step between treatment and independent living. The two homes, located in Williamson County, offer a safe, loving environment and the supportive services needed to help women in need grow physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Healing Housing’s faith-based program includes counseling, life skills training, 12-step recovery work, a money management and savings program, and multiple opportunities for Christian fellowship.
As the Nashville population increases, so does the need for quality transitional programming that focuses on all facets of recovery. Healing Housing wants to provide that way toward recovery and wholeness.
