Advent Opportunities

You’re invited to experience the Advent season at Brentwood United Methodist Church

All I Want for Christmas Is... | An Advent Sermon Series

December 1 - 23, Saturdays at 6 p.m., Sundays 8:15, 9:45 & 11:05 a.m.
What do we really want for Christmas? What we really want is Jesus, giver of hope, peace, joy, and love. Each week in December, hear a prophecy about Jesus Christ made 700 years before his birth. Learn how the Christmas story has been woven in time from beginning to end and experience the anticipation of Christ’s birth with us.

The Longest Night: A Service of Hope and Assurance

Friday, December 21, 6:30 p.m., Sanctuary
Christmas brings up memories of joy and light for many and a sense of comfort in being home. For some, however, the holidays are a reminder of loss or the search for home. The Longest Night is a time for spiritual healing and hope in the midst of brokenness and to feel at home in the loving arms of God. Free childcare (infant - 3 years) is available.

Wesleyan Covenant Service

Sunday, December 30, 11:05 a.m., Sanctuary (one service, no Sunday school)
This service is a chance for us to remember our covenantal vows to God and the Church as we look ahead to the new year. No Saturday service this weekend. Only one service at 11:05.

Room In The Inn

We're serving another great season with Room In The Inn, one of our ministry partners that offers a helping hand to those experiencing homelessness in Nashville. Download the wish list and bring your donated items to the red bins throughout the church. Thank you for helping us serve our neighbors in Greater Nashville!

Alternative Gift Giving (AGG)

Not sure how to shop for the family member who already has everything? Try Alternative Gift Giving and support one of our partner organizations in their honor!
