Neighbors
Neighbors

Last fall, the story of Mr. Fred Rogers led our Lead Team into a discussion about the Great Commandment, which is to love God and love your neighbor. It came up that the way to carry out the mission of disciple-making begins with being a good neighbor. But you can’t be a good neighbor if you don’t know your neighbor. During May & June 2019, we'll learn ways we can get to know our neighbors and better serve them. It will be an exciting time in the life of our church as we see what God will do in our lives!

Cross Training
Cross Training

The 40 days of Lent represents the time Jesus spent in the wilderness preparing to begin his ministry. Lent is a time of repentance, fasting, and preparation for the coming of Easter. This Lent, we will look at the stories of 6 individuals who encountered the Cross in different ways and how God was training them throughout in preparation for the Risen Christ

The Art of Sharing
The Art of Sharing

The Church is a community with a shared purpose, and each individual has a unique place to contribute toward that purpose. What does it mean to you to be a part of something bigger than yourself? Where do you fit in the puzzle? How can you share your gifts to build up the Body of Christ? In this series, we’ll look at stories from the New Testament of people experiencing transformation through their generosity and the generosity of others.  It can be astounding to consider how you live into this shared purpose. Sometimes the hardest part is just getting started.

Rest
Rest

We live in a culture that doesn't rest. We schedule every minute of our lives and pride ourselves on not wasting time. But what does God say about rest? During the month of July, we'll learn to see rest the way God does - as an active pause. If you've been tired or weary lately, or are just in need of a break, invite your friends and join us as we find rest in God's presence.

Passion
Passion

Sometimes it takes us hearing the same story over and over again to fully comprehend its meaning. The more we hear a story, the more we understand it, and the more passionate we become. Just like us, it took the disciples a few tries to understand what was happening in the last week of Jesus’ life. Each week during the Passion series we’ll learn what it really means to follow Jesus. It will take some time, but together we’ll work to understand our role in the never-ending story.
