We have many ministry opportunities going on each week to help you connect with others, grow in your faith and use your gifts. If you are a new youth to BUMC in the 7th-12th grade, we hope you will join us on a Sunday night for worship, small groups, and youth choir.

OUTREACH OPPORTUNITIES

Legacy Mission Village English Conversations & Citizenship Classes

Monday/Wednesday and Tuesday/Thursday in June & July, 10-12 p.m.
Participate in Legacy’s English conversations and citizenship classes. These classes practice everyday English, so teaching experience is not necessary. Come weekly, one day, or even once a month. Training is provided. Contact  to sign up.

Harvest Hands Summer Camp

June 11 – August 3
Harvest Hands is looking for volunteers to share special skills with the kids, including dance, art, music, cooking, coding, acting, etc. Contact Chartrice Crowley at  to sign up.

Christmas in July

June 23 – July 22
Be a part of the 10th Annual Christmas in July and help us fill up to 1,000 backpacks for children in need. Items collected will be distributed to students in Williamson and Davidson Counties. Project Transformation Reading Week

July 23-26, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m., Antioch UMC
Sign up to read with children on one or multiple days during our Reading Week with Project Transformation Tennessee. This is a great project for people ages 12 and up to participate. Help PT in their pursuit to increase literacy for children in our community.

Love In Deed Golf Scramble

Monday, August 13, 1 p.m. – 7 p.m., Old Natchez Country Club
Save the date for our annual golf scramble! All proceeds raised will benefit our of our Love In Deed projects, including Rise Against Hunger, which assembles nutritional food packages for those who are suffering from hunger all over the world, and UMCOR, which assembles emergency health kits for people affected by natural disasters. Red Cross Blood Drive
